Marcela is accountant-expert , member of C.E.C.C.A.R. (Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania), with a 16-year old experience in the field , through high-school and university studies as well as work in private companies.

She has a double specialisation, as a graduate the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, and the Faculty of Law, Babeş-Bolyai University, both of them at bachelor’s level.

She is the administrator and unique associate of a specialised firm that provides accounting and financial auditing activities, tax consultancy.

Marcela is also a member of the Board of Directors of another commercial society which she represents in relation to the fiscal and legal authorities and where she keeps the accounting records, convenes the general meetings of the shareholders.
